I think we're done with the roofing sheathing and the outer walls sheathing. See the pics below of the guys working on Friday.
Also, with the help of Eric and his contacts, we picked out garage doors (pic to be shown later after install) and the gas fireplace for the family room.
Eric and Derrick putting the final touches to the roof sheathing over the master bathroom:
Eric supervising the work that Eric and Derrick completed. He looks satisfied.
Interior view of the master bathroom. Look, we lost a window from Alex' bedroom. I think we're getting closer to the eventual breakthru into our living area...
Eric designed a "mini roof" or awning (can't think of a better word) over the front of the garage. The idea is to install some overhead lights in that space. I think it will look great when done.
A place for an interior balcony?
Again, I'm fascinated by the intricate roof lines.
Next, I'll also update you on the Jacuzzi, cabinetry and applicances that we pretty much picked out during the Massachusetts Tax Free weekend. Thanks to the marvel of the "internet", we did most of the buying while we were camping in NH with the Meeks.
