Thursday and Friday, Eric Busa and his crew continued to work on the cabinets and further interior work. Rick and his electrical team came in on Friday (Veterans' Day) and did most of the finish electrical. Looks amazing! Honestly, we're really impressed by Rick and his electrical company. They are very professional and we really appreciate their work and communication. Frankie and his brother Richard (the HVAC guys) came Friday night and Saturday to continue to move that aspect of the project forward. Frankie is a new grandpa. His daughter had a baby girl in California. Congrats! "Grumpy" is a good name for him as Eric suggested. And, the team of Eric and David was here on Saturday as well doing more interior work.
The pics below tell the story:
The double ovens now fit, and are in!
The rangetop is in and it fits! Note that the drawers still need to be adjusted...
The back for the island and the bottom and corner mouldings are installed:
Another view:
Eric DaSilva fashioned us (and them) a cardboard door into the garage to keep the heat in (and the cold out):
First floor windows trim installed!
Recess lights in the family room:
Eric and David starting on the wainscoting and chair rail in the foyer and garage entrance:
A view from the family room into the balcony. Nice detail!

The jacuzzi!
Garage lights are in:
Landscaping pics are below (some taken inside and some outside). As you can see from the "green" back and side yards, Ieraci did the hydroseeding.
Ieraci also cut the excess driveway along the driveway fence and put in some loam and mulch bed. Future place for flowers I'm sure...
And, ta da, the front lawn has been sodded!!
A new tree!
On Saturday, my wife and I went to the granite place to pick the slabs for the granite we selected for the kitchen and the master bathroom. Below is the slab for the master bath. I'll report more on the progress. Pati has been great so far. They hope to install on Wednesday, November 16th...
