Tuesday, Nov 1, 2011 -- Exterior Landscaping

The board and plastering are done and its starting to cure.  So we're ready to do trim etc.  However, we have to wait until the plaster has cured.

The cabinets are coming on Wednesday, Nov 2nd!

So, Eric has organized the start of the exterior landscaping.  As mentioned in previous posts, the work is being done by Ieraci Landscaping.  John Capello is the owner, and he's been onsite every day checking on the work.

So, on Halloween day, John and his company crew started the work outside to remove the old driveway, level  and prepare and set the ground for hardscaping for front walk and side path.  Take a look!  The next day, on Tuesday, they set the pavers down for the front walk (with a curve).  John and Eric tells me that Joel (sp?) is a master mason and is unbelievable in his trade.

The pavers are set.  As you can see from the chalk line, these will be cut to form a curve. 

Pictures showing how we got here.  The old eyesore of a driveway has been removed.
