Wednesday, August 31st -- Siding on Front Side Complete!

For Wednesday, August 31st, Eric Busa and his crew finished the siding on the front side of the house.  Also, the holes were dug for the deck in the backyard.

Here is the front side all done -- a view from across the street.  As you can see the ^ above the front door will be a portico.  We have some potential design ideas to consider, but I think it does well to bring together the peaks from the addition.  Also, it dresses up the front of the house a bit to add some depth to the relative flat front of the house including the addition.

Team work in action:  Derrick doing the cutting, and Eric and Eric looking comfortable 10 feet up in the air.

Eric DeSilva fashioned the umbrella and the stand to save Derrick from the sun.

Anthony dug these holes to prepare for the deck in the backyard.
