September 13, 2011 -- Siding complete!

Eric DeSilva and Derrick finished off the siding today.  See the pics below on how the exterior looks now.

From a timing point of view; we have now started the 3rd month.  I think we're doing great according to plan.

On the near term "to-do" list include HVAC, electrical and insulation.  The concrete for the basement remains if we can get some good weather for a few days.  Scott from TriScapes will be doing that.  Also, the deck and the front porch as well.  Exterior paint as well!

Regarding paint -- Eric Busa is going to get a lighter color -- a stone taupe.  I think that will look better...  Will put that up when I get a pic.

I real excited about how the exterior is come together.  Thank you Eric, Eric, Derrick and Anthony.
 
I have also taken the opportunity now to show the "before" pics.  I waited till now -- so you can see the dramatic difference!
