Thursday, September 1 -- More siding! Plumbing begins!

Today, more siding work was done to the side of the house.  Also, rough plumbling was started.  The plumbing team started making the rough cuts for drains, etc.  Now that the exterior looks like its mostly under control, the guts in the inside of the house is being worked on.

Also, it occurred to me that I'm showing the siding being put up, but not mentioning the old cedar siding being removed by the guys.

I also will be posting some information regarding a charity that Eric Busa has been involved in tomorrow.  The organization is the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to providing support, programs and services to the families of military service personnel from MA fallen in service to the U.S.

Anyway, here are some pics:

View of how it looks at the end of today:

How the morning began:  Eric DeSilva and Derrick taking down the blue siding on the side of the house:

Further progress made on the old siding:

On the side of the house reads "Lot # 14":

Now that the blue cedar shingles are off, the cedar clapboards are being installed bottom to top.

Further progress:

No interesting pictures of the inside yet.  Once the rough-ins are put in -- will post.
