Also, Rick's team who did the electrical got tons accomplished this week. I'm simply amazed. I can't thank them enough. For any of you looking for electrical work, I highly highly recommend them. Rick was kind enough to walk me and my wife through the house to explain the electrical set-up (outlets, cable, etc.) to make final checks. Tons of recess lights were put in, outlets, etc. He really thought through what we would need. Thanks again. ALso, he was kind enough to be patient with me as I screwed up on the island location -- he will have to redo the pendant light set up. OOPS, thanks Rick.
Eric Busa came on Saturday to do some speaker wiring (we are wiring the family room, garage and the back deck). He also put the HDMI cable from above the fireplace to the closet where we will keep all the audio/video components. Thanks Eric!
Furthermore, Frankie and his brother from Genove continued to make excellent progress on the HVAC system. They were here late tonight to put together the air handler.
Paul, the plumbing person, was really helpful as well trying to explain how to get a working handheld and a showerhead working at the same time.
Al, the painting crew, came between the bouts of rain to finish the trim and do some touch up. He told me that he'll come back once some of the final carpentry work has been done on the house. Thanks Al. Again, they were here and accomplished alot in amazing time. The color of the house is Waynesboro Taupe, by the way.
The team of subs that Eric Busa put together for our house have done an excellent job. Plus, they were very professional and highly motivated. I want to personally thank them from me and my family. If anyone has any questions on them, please feel free to email me.
I've taken tons of pics to show you the updates. It's a small glimpse of what was accomplished in the past week. It really doesn't do it justice.
